Hello friends—it’s Ashwani Singh.
I’m an R&D leader who knows that the best way to solve a hard problem is rarely to solve it alone.
I draw on 20 years of industrial experience—from designing embedded software for industrial products to leading global R&D teams at major MNCs. I care about building intelligent, scalable systems, fostering cultures of excellence, and the complex challenge of driving operational efficiency in the real world.
FastP.ai is not just another newsletter. It is a Community of Practice for R&D leaders to share, debate, and learn from each other.
If I had to say what my work is known for, I’d say: getting things done. My specialty is cutting the bureaucratic snake that eats its own tail—stopping the endless loops of internal process to clear the path for real innovation.

What is FastP.ai?
It is the hub I wanted but couldn’t find: A space for R&D Leaders to share the reality of driving innovation.
FastP stands for the Fast Path. It is a philosophy built on shortening the distance between a whiteboard sketch and a product that customers are willing to pay for.
